Printed to order
eBANANA products are printed to order by our fulfilment partner. This means your order normally enters production after payment has been successfully received.
Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery times are shown where available during checkout. They are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates and can occasionally be affected by production demand, carriers, weather, customs or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Unless we agree a different delivery period with you, we will deliver your goods within 30 days of the order being placed.
Delivery charges
Any delivery charge that applies to your order will be shown before you place the order and make payment.
Separate parcels
Items from the same order can occasionally arrive separately if they are produced or dispatched from different fulfilment locations.
Check your address
Please check your delivery details carefully before completing checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as quickly as possible at sales@ebanana.co.uk. Once production or dispatch has started we may not be able to change the address.
Missing, damaged or incorrect orders
If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or does not arrive, contact us at sales@ebanana.co.uk with your order number. We may ask for photographs so we can investigate the issue with our fulfilment partner.
