2. Products
We take reasonable care to describe products and display artwork accurately. Colours and positioning can vary slightly between screens, garment sizes and the finished printed product. Minor production differences that do not amount to a fault are normal for printed garments.
3. Orders
When you submit an order, you are offering to buy the selected products subject to these terms. You must provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information.
We may reject or cancel an order where there is a genuine pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, inability to fulfil the product, or another legitimate reason. If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the appropriate amount.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. The total amount payable, including any applicable delivery charges and taxes, will be shown before you place your order.
Payment is processed using the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed through Stripe.
5. Production and fulfilment
Most eBANANA products are printed to order. We use third-party production and fulfilment partners, including Printful, to manufacture and dispatch products on our behalf.
6. Delivery
Delivery arrangements, estimates and costs are described in our Delivery & Shipping Policy. Unless a different period is agreed with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your rights are explained in our Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
8. Personalised products
Where a product is made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised, statutory cancellation rights may differ. Any relevant restriction will be made clear before purchase.
9. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, eBANANA branding, original artwork, designs, text and other original material on this website are owned by or licensed to eBANANA. They must not be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without permission, except where the law permits.
10. Website availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend or change parts of the website where reasonably necessary.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you retain the benefit of any mandatory protections and court rights that apply where you live.
